Traditional peer support groups offer a space for people to give and receive support from others going through the same thing and group therapy's a similar space that's professionally-led for diagnosed conditions like addiction or depression.

Reviving Mind fills the gap between body and mind by combining aspects of both—the power of peer support with 1 on 1 lifestyle coaching sessions all led by a skilled facilitator—to create a unique 360º care experience.

The 360º Program is for everyone who's going through the typical challenges of adulthood and life, but may not be seeking therapy or counseling right now. For people currently in individual therapy, The 360º program can be an added source of support, where you can practice coping skills and treat both the physical and emotional aspects of your health that lead to valuable and lasting changes.

what we ask of you

We ask members to commit to meeting weekly for at least 12 consecutive weeks. 100% attendance is expected, but we know that life happens and you may need to miss a session or two. Attending meetings on time and being fully present without distractions is the only requirement. There’s no homework or videos to watch between meetings.

Weeks 1-2: Intros and Mindful AgreementsYour provider who facilitates both your support group and individual Lifestyle Medicine coaching sessions will establish mindful agreements within the group and guide you in building a sense of connection by getting to know your peers through fun group exercises.

We may ask you to share:
• A personal strength and weakness.
• Challenges and obstacles of your week.
• A misconception people have about you.
Weeks 3-10: Growth and Exploration

As a group, you'll explore each other's emotions and thoughts. Members discover new ways of thinking and being as a person and group member, with your provider as an encouraging guide. During 1 on 1 sessions, your provider makes sure to check up on you and keep you on track of your goals.

We may ask you to share and explore:
• What’s going well
• Challenges and obstacles of your week.
• What relationships are you struggling with? What areas are they affecting in your life?
• Your regular diet, it's nutritional value to your brain and gut and what you'd like to improve on
• Your physical activity routines and what you'd like to improve on
• Mindfulness techniques that your practice to help reduce symptoms of stress, ADHD, anxiety, etc.
• Your sleep hygiene
• Alcohol/Tobacco use and how it affects you
• Feedback from last week's discussion
Weeks 11-12: Basics Mastered

This is a time to reflect on the ways you and your group has progressed towards the first stage of the program, looking back at the key lessons of the past weeks. Many of our groups continue on together for another 12 weeks and groups set further goals and an intention for the next stage.

We may ask you to share and explore:
• A look back on your growth from where you started and where you are now.
• Key parts of your lifestyle you'd like to work on more on the next stage.
• What you appreciate the most about each group member.
• How other members of the group have helped you during your growth.
• Your goals to achieve continued personal growth.
• Your experience with the 360º Program and how it's helped you
